We run assetzprelaunch.com, an independent website for people who are looking at new and upcoming homes and plots by Assetz. The site brings project details together so that a buyer does not have to open many tabs to understand what is on offer.
We are not Assetz Property Group or any company of that group. We are a separate information and enquiry website, and we say so clearly on every page.
Assetz began in 2006 and builds homes and plotted layouts in Bengaluru. Its range covers apartments, row houses, villas and plots, and its newer launches often carry short Japanese-style names such as Zen & Sato or Sora & Saki.
In April 2025 the press reported that the group had delivered 20 projects covering about 15 million sq ft, and held more than 40 residential projects in its pipeline. Past work also includes commercial space such as Vrindavan Tech Village, now Embassy Tech Village. We use these public figures only as background and always send you to the builder for the final word.
